on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 07, 2009 No. 515”
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 07 December 2009 No. 515” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 03, 2019 No. 320 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, which amended, including, the Procedure for Training, Retraining and Upgrading of Transport Drivers funds approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 20, 2009 No. 487.
The development and adoption of the draft order is due to the need to reduce administrative pressure in the field of training drivers of vehicles by canceling the procedure for the acquisition in the territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of forms of certificates of completion of the institution, replacing it with the introduction of the corresponding electronic forms of these certificates into the Unified the state register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the introduction of remote electronic registration of groups that will undergo training.
