We inform you about the publication on August 26, 2020 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for Entering Information on the Proper User of a Vehicle in the Unified State Register of Vehicles” (hereinafter — the draft resolution by).
The draft resolution is designed to improve and simplify the procedure for entering information about the proper user of a vehicle in the Unified State Register of Vehicles.
The procedure for entering information about the proper user of the vehicle in the Unified State Register of Vehicles, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 14, 2018 No. 1197 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), defines the mechanism for entering information about the proper user of the vehicle in the Unified State Register of Vehicles.
However, there are some difficulties when entering information about the proper user of the vehicle.
In order to solve problematic issues regarding the inclusion of information about the proper user of the vehicle in the Unified State Register of Vehicles, the draft resolution proposes to make certain amendments to the Procedure.
