During the week, police in Donetsk region compiled 31 administrative materials and issued 338 resolutions on violations of quarantine restrictions
In total, since October 18, law enforcement officers as part of mobile raid groups have checked more than 4,000 business entities.
Since October 18, the decision of the government has established a “red” level of epidemic danger of the spread of COVID-19 in the territory of Donetsk region. Police are carrying out preventive work to counteract the spread of coronavirus infection.
To this end, together with representatives of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, Ukrtranssecurity, municipal security, local self-government bodies and sanitary doctors, raid groups have been created to monitor the implementation of anti-epidemic requirements by citizens and business entities (entertainment establishments, nightclubs, cafes, restaurants and other places leisure).
Therefore, 41 mobile raid groups worked during the day. During the measures, 609 business entities were checked. Three administrative protocols have been drawn up for violators under Part 1 of Art. 44-3 KUPap and 40 resolutions were passed under Part 2 of Art. 44-3 KupAp.
Police officers serving at checkpoints carry out measures to monitor the implementation of anti-epidemic requirements by citizens and carriers. During the day, law enforcement officers checked 43 interregional buses and documents of 320 people.
In total, 4036 business entities, 160 buses and about 1500 people were checked over the past week. Compiled 31 administrative documents and 338 resolutions.
Police officers emphasize to citizens the need to comply with current legislation and quarantine restrictions.
