Police of Donetsk region collected 4325 administrative materials on the facts of violation of anti-epidemic rules

In total, 44 criminal proceedings were opened during the pandemic for violations of the requirements to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease, 16 of them for forgery of COVID certificates. This was discussed today, December 15, during a joint briefing of representatives of the police and Donetsk Regional State Administration in Kramatorsk on the situation with coronavirus.

Valeriya Osipets, Senior Inspector of Communications of the Kramatorsk District Police Department and the representative of the Department of Health of the Regional State Administration Oleksandr Pedenko took part in the briefing.

Police continue to work on monitoring compliance with anti-epidemic restrictions. 30 mobile raid groups operate daily in Donetsk region.

The police said that since November 18, law enforcement officers in Donetsk region have checked 26,757 business entities and 11,143 SOVID-certificates of citizens. During this period, 3562 administrative documents were compiled.

For violation of anti-epidemic requirements, 44 criminal proceedings have been opened under various articles.

16 criminal proceedings have been initiated for forgery of COVID certificates or their use (Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms). Seven cases have been brought to trial.

In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 4325 protocols for violation of quarantine of people by business entities have been compiled for violation of anti-epidemic requirements (Part 1 of Art. 44-3 KUPap) and 21,914 resolutions for non-compliance with the mask regime (Part 2 of Art. 44-3KUPAP).

We remind you that since December 14, Donetsk region has been in the “yellow” zone of quarantine restrictions, while the rules for staying citizens in certain establishments (shopping, entertainment, cafes and restaurants, etc.) remain in force if there are COVID documents.
