A year ago, laboratories for conducting ELISA tests of personnel for COVID-19 began to function in the medical centers of the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. During 2021, more than 38 thousand guardsmen were tested in these laboratories.

This made it possible to detect and isolate COVID-19 patients in time, thereby reducing the spread of coronavirus among the personnel of the NGU and providing them with timely treatment.

The functioning of such laboratories in NGU is important, since the units of the National Guard perform daily tasks to protect public order, protect important state facilities, diplomatic missions, consular offices of foreign states, etc., which involves contacting a large number of citizens.

Recall that laboratories for conducting IFA testing work in military units in Kiev, Kharkiv, Odessa, Dnipro, Lviv and Moscow. Vyshgorod, near Kiev. In addition, testing of guardsmen for COVID-19 is also carried out in the military hospital of the NGU (city. Zolochiv) and the medical center of NGU “Novi Sanzhary”.
