The illegal activities of the deputy director of one of the municipal hospitals of the region were documented by the investigators of the investigative department of the regional police together with the employees of the USBU in the Ivano-Frankivsk region under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor's office.

During the pre-trial investigation, law enforcement officers found out that the medical worker, using her official position, illegally entered personal data of citizens into the electronic health system “eHealth” through the program “Medics” as allegedly vaccinated. Such a “service” cost 2500 hryvnia.

During the authorized searches at the place of work of the defendant in criminal proceedings, law enforcement officers seized computer equipment, medical and other documents.

Offenders investigators reported on suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 362 (Unauthorized actions with information that is processed in electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or stored on media of such information, committed by a person who has the right to access it) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
