We inform you about the publication on April 14, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Providing Business Entities with Vehicle Registration Certificate Forms and License Plates” (hereinafter — the draft order).

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to provide the opportunity for citizens and legal entities carrying out state registration of new vehicles with the participation of business entities to obtain, if desired, an electronic certificate of registration without producing it on the form.
