In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” in order to receive comments and suggestions from individuals and legal entities, their associations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine informs about the publication on October 14, 2022 of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Economic Activities for the Production and Repair of Non-Military Firearms and Ammunition for It, Cold Weapons, Pneumatic Weapons of Caliber Over 4.5 mm and a bullet flying speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms and ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special equipment charged with tear substances offensive and annoying action, personal protection, active defense and their sale” (hereinafter — the draft resolution): here.

The draft resolution was developed in order to simplify the procedure for obtaining a license for conducting business activities for the production and sale of personal protective equipment (body armor), as well as to improve certain provisions of the License Conditions.
