In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on September 25, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Subjects of mandatory technical control” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/uk/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennia-zmin-do-poriadku-vedennia-rejestru-subjektiv-provedennia-oboviazkovogo-texnicnogo-kontroliu.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to optimize the process of maintaining the register of subjects of mandatory technical control, the approved changes will be aimed at improving and increasing the efficiency of this process.
