We inform you about the publication on May 18, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 07, 2009 No. 515” (hereinafter - the draft order).

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to improve the procedure for using technical means of control during the passing of exams for obtaining the right to drive vehicles and bring the regulatory act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine into compliance with the legislation of Ukraine.
