In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on September 25, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine affairs of Ukraine dated November 06, 2019 № 928” (hereinafter — draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/uk/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-pro-vnesennia-zmin-do-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-vid-06-listopada-2019-roku-928.

The draft order was developed in order to optimize and improve the Procedure for monitoring information on the results of mandatory technical control transmitted by the subjects of mandatory technical control to the nationwide database approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 06, 2019 No. 928, and introducing the normative and legal Act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
