In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on April 11, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine “About recognition as invalid of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 10, 2013 year № 967/1218/869” (hereinafter — draft order on the loss of force) and the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine “On Approval of the Dimensions of Fees for Transportation and Storage of Temporarily Detained Vehicles in Special Areas or Parking Lots” (hereinafter — the draft document the order on the approval of the dimensions of the boards): https://mvs.gov.ua/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-ministerstva-ekonomiki-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennia-rozmiriv-plat-za-transportuvannia-i-zberigannia-timcasovo-zatrimanix-transportnix-zasobiv-na-special.
The draft order on the loss of force has been developed in accordance with the Procedure for temporary detention by employees of authorized units of the National Police of vehicles and their storage, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1102 of December 17, 2008, in particular to paragraph 13, where the subjects authorized to determine the changed the size of the payments, therefore there was a need to introduce the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated October 10, 2013 No. 967/1218/869 “On approval of the amount of fees for transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special sites (parking lots)”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2013 under No. 1887/24419.
The draft order on the approval of the Dimensions of Boards has been developed in order to determine the size of the plates for the transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special sites or parking lots.
