We inform you about the publication on October 28, 2022 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On amendments to certain resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the settlement of the issue of state registration of vehicles imported into the customs territory of Ukraine under martial law, and issuance of a driver's license” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The draft resolution was developed in order to settle the issue of state registration of vehicles imported into the customs territory of Ukraine on the basis of the declaration on the list of goods recognized as humanitarian aid, in the form given in Appendix 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 01, 2022 No. 174 “Some issues of passage humanitarian assistance across the customs border of Ukraine in conditions of martial law”, in particular: - provide in the specified declaration the inclusion of information about the vehicle, its customs value, restrictions on
alienation, as well as the obligation to enter information about the registration of the declaration in the unified automated information system of customs authorities, for the purpose of their verification;
- determine the declaration with a document confirming the ownership of the vehicle; - provide for the obligation to properly execute the declaration by customs officials; - provide for the obligation indication in the declaration of prohibition of alienation of vehicles recognized as humanitarian aid and imported into the customs territory of Ukraine
