In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we inform you about the publication on June 17, 2022 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Normative and Legal Actions on the issues of road transportation of dangerous goods” (hereinafter — draft order): here.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to improve the legal regulation in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods, establish a single regulatory mechanism for the admission of vehicles to transport dangerous goods by road and bring the regulations and legal acts of Ukraine into compliance with the requirements of international treaties of Ukraine in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods.
