In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), we inform you about the publication on May 18, 2022 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the revised draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Certain Norms and Laws acts on the organization of special training of workers in the transport of dangerous goods” (hereinafter - the draft order): here.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to improve the legal regulation in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods and to establish a single regulatory mechanism for conducting special training of employees of the entities of road transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements of international treaties of Ukraine in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods Cargo.
