In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs ““On Approval of the Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Subjects of Mandatory Technical Control” (hereinafter — act).
The draft act is designed to comply with paragraph 2 of the nineteenth subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the Amendments made to certain resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 23, 2019 No. 46 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” and for the purpose of approval of the procedure for maintaining the register of subjects for conducting mandatory technical control, the procedure for entering into the register information about the subject of OTC, the amount of information, etc., in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of mandatory technical control of vehicles.
