on the promulgation of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Road Traffic” and analysis of its regulatory impact

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), in order to receive comments and proposals from individuals and legal entities, their associations are published:

draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Road Traffic” (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Law) and analysis of its regulatory impact.

The developer is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The draft Law was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on its own initiative in order to streamline the procedure for assigning and manufacturing license plates for vehicles subject to state registration and license plates for one-time trips, as well as keeping records of business entities that manufacture them.

Transferring the function of manufacturing license plates for vehicles subject to state registration and license plates for one-time trips will save budget funds and lead to the development of small business.

Accounting of business entities that produce these license plates will make it possible to find out where exactly the license plate was made, in case the license plate does not meet the requirements of state standards.

Comments and proposals to the mentioned draft resolution and analysis of regulatory impact from individuals and legal entities, their associations are accepted within a month from the date of publication in writing to the postal address: ul. Bogomoltsya, 10, m. Kiev, 01601;

In accordance with the first part of Article 20 of the Law, comments and suggestions on the published draft regulatory act and the relevant analysis of regulatory impact are also provided to the addresses of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine:
