On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity” we inform about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “The issue of the use of special sound and light signaling devices on vehicles” (hereinafter — the draft act). developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to strengthen the fight against illegal circulation of stolen or illegally imported vehicles from Ukraine

modified identification numbers or forged documents, as well as protection of property rights of citizens. The

draft act provides for the improvement of the procedure for state registration (re-registration), deregistration of vehicles by restoring their expert research, as well as expert study of registration documents for a vehicle and other documents that are the basis for its registration in territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Comments and proposals to the draft act from physical
