on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On some issues of registration and maintenance of the register of enterprises, institutions, organizations and other business entities that trade in vehicles and their component parts having identification numbers”
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On some issues of accounting and maintenance of the register of enterprises, institutions, organizations and other subdivisions business entities that trade in vehicles and their components having identification numbers” (hereinafter referred to as the draft act).
The draft act is aimed at reducing state control over the conduct of business (deregulation), as well as simplifying the mechanism for conducting accounting, forming and maintaining a register of enterprises, institutions, organizations and other business entities, regardless of the forms of ownership that carry out wholesale and retail trade in vehicles and their components, which have identification numbers (hereinafter referred to as business entities), and bring the normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine into compliance with the legislation Ukraine, taking into account the recent changes that have taken place in it.
The implementation of the act will contribute to improving the business climate and reducing the loss of time and money resources that were withdrawn from the working capital of business entities for compliance and implementation of mandatory state regulatory procedures, as well as the abolition of outdated, burdensome and unnecessary control and control measures.
