on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”

In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the draft act).

The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, on its own initiative, in order to decentralize the provision of services for registration and issuance of permits for the installation and use of special light signaling devices of auto yellow (orange) color on vehicles of response entities of security activity.

The adoption of this regulatory act will allow to transfer the authority to issue and issue permits for the installation and use of special auto-yellow (orange) light signaling devices to the territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, shorten the period for consideration of submitted applications and materials to them, detail the grounds and procedure for replacing permits, as well as make the permanent permit indefinite.

In connection with the above, in order to create more convenient conditions for the subjects of security activities to obtain permits for the installation and use of special light signaling devices of auto yellow (orange) color, it is advisable to transfer the authority to issue and issue permits for the installation and use of special light signaling devices of auto yellow (orange) color territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by amending the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 09, 2016 No. 771 “On Approval of the Procedure for Accounting and Issuance of Permits for Installation and the use of special light signaling devices of auto yellow (orange) color on vehicles of response entities of security activity”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 06, 2016 under No. 1217/29347, and in the Regulation on the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 29, 2015, No. 1646, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated January 28, 2016 No. 156/28286.
