Deputy Minister Tetiana Kovalchuk took part in the regular meeting of the Commission for Coordination of Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine

Today, during the meeting chaired by the Vice Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, a wide range of practical issues of Euro-Atlantic integration was discussed and important conceptual documents were approved, which lay the basis for further cooperation and bring our country closer to the strategic megacity membership in the Alliance.
In particular, the following projects were discussed and approved:
- Structures of the Annual National Programme under the auspices of the Ukraine-NATO Commission for 2022;
- Methodological recommendations for the development, monitoring and evaluation of the results of the implementation of the Annual National Programmes under the auspices of the Ukraine-NATO Commission;
- The standard provision on the responsible structural unit for Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine;
- Methodological recommendations on the annual determination of the needs of ministries, other central executive bodies, state bodies whose jurisdiction extends to the entire territory of Ukraine, in specialists on Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and their professional training;
- Concepts of the general professional (certificate) training program “Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine” and the general short-term training program “Development, monitoring and evaluation of the results of the implementation of the Annual National Programs under the auspices of the Ukraine-NATO Commission”;
- Methodological recommendations on the integration of gender approaches into the system of training specialists for the security and defense sector of Ukraine;
- Concepts of ensuring national sustainability.
In line with the agenda, the issues of Ukraine's cooperation with NATO within the framework of the Enhanced Capabilities Program were also discussed.
