During October, police found more than 7,000 reports of violations of quarantine rules. In total, since the beginning of quarantine measures, law enforcement officers have issued almost 110 thousand administrative protocols for violators. Most of the administrative materials were compiled on drivers of vehicles and employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations.

As a result of inspections, during the month, the police compiled 6,736 administrative protocols.

The largest number of protocols - 955 - is drawn up for drivers of vehicles who have committed violations of quarantine rules. To detect the fact of falsification or use of fake COVID documentation, special mobile groups have been created and operate in the National Police. They include both police officers and representatives of other structures - sanitary doctors, employees of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, Ukrtranssecurity, municipal security, etc.

Thus, during the day (as of 08.00 on November 1), members of the 1141 mobile group carried out 1809 raids to check almost 13 thousand objects. Among the objects of inspections of law enforcement officers - 4774 business entities that carry out activities in the field of trade and household services of the population, 2845 passengers of public transport, 2028 catering establishments, etc.

Recall that earlier the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at an extraordinary meeting on October 11 amended the Resolution No. 1236. The changes involve strengthening the rules for passenger transport in regions where a “yellow”, “orange” or “red” danger level is set.

Thus, from October 21, interregional transportation of passengers in regions with a “yellow”, “orange” or “red” danger level will be allowed, provided that all drivers, air crew and passengers have one of these documents:

- a document confirming receipt of a full course of vaccination or a document confirming the receipt of a single dose of a two-dose vaccine for regions of the “yellow” level of epidemic danger;

- international, domestic certificate or foreign certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with one dose of single-dose vaccine or two doses of two-dose vaccine authorized by WHO for use in emergency situations, negative test result by polymerase chain reaction or inhalation recovery of a person from the specified disease, the validity of which is confirmed through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services, in particular using the mobile application of the Diya Portal (Diya);

- a negative result of testing for COVID-19 by PCR or an express test for the determination of the antigen of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, which is valid for 72 hours.

The new rules apply to both regular and irregular passenger transportation. We are talking about road transport on bus routes, air and rail transport of interregional communication.

The relevant rules will not apply to urban and intra-regional transportation.

The carrier is responsible for the availability of all drivers, crew members and passengers of the specified documents.
