Criminal proceedings were opened in Slavyansk on the fact of obstruction of journalistic activity
During the live broadcast, the representative of the security of one of the enterprises in Nikolayevka prevented the implementation of journalistic activities to the film crew, which performed its professional duties.
A report about the incident came to the police of Slavyansk from a journalist of one of the TV channels.
The applicant and the operator were not known to carry out video filming.
According to this fact, the police opened criminal proceedings under Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of legal professional activity of journalists).
As part of the pre-trial investigation, the police establish the full circumstances and carry out the necessary investigative actions.
