Law enforcers exposed scheme of illegal manufacture and distribution of COVID certificates and PCR tests
Offenses were exposed by border guards together with police officers.
In particular, the activities were carried out by the operational officers of the Lviv and Chop border detachments together with the investigators of the Uzhhorod RUP GUNP in the Transcarpathian region on the basis of the materials of the criminal proceedings initiated under Art. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which took place at one of the checkpoints in Transcarpathia.
In one of the n.p. In Lviv region, two pavilions providing insurance services were conducted sanctioned searches.
As a result, law enforcement discovered and seized computer equipment and flash drives containing information on the production of vaccination certificates and test results, as well as invalid forms of international COVID certificates and negative PCR test results.
According to preliminary information, the cost of an invalid document was 50 euros.
At the moment, all persons involved are charged with committing this offense. Investigative actions continue.
