Law enforcers drew up 1197 administrative protocols for violation of quarantine restrictions during passenger transportation
Since October 21, the authorities of the National Police of Ukraine have inspected almost 159 thousand regular and irregular passenger traffic. More than 8,000 of them last week. In particular, attention was paid to the availability of vaccination documents, relevant certificate or negative test for COVID-19 by PCR or express antigen test for COVID-19 by PCR or express test for antigen.
Checks were carried out on motor transport - 133 672; at railway stations - 24009; on air transport - 1030. According to the detected violations, 1197 administrative protocols were compiled.
In addition, during the inspections, the police found 1399 illegal carriers. Thus, a total of 1870 relevant protocols were compiled — 929 protocols under Art. 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and 941 — under Art. 140 kUPap.
At the same time, from December 27 to January 02, the police compiled 600 administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 44-3 (Violation of the rules on quarantine of people) KUPap. In total, 122,672 administrative protocols have been compiled since the beginning of quarantine. Decisions under Part 2 of Art.
44—3 — 6149. In total, since the beginning of quarantine —505 926 resolutions.
