Law enforcers of Lviv region seized drugs and psychotropics from a drug dealer for almost two million hryvnias

Operatives of the Department for Combating Drug Crime in the Lviv Region of the State Administrative Service of NPU received information that a 25-year-old resident of Nikolaev is engaged in the sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the territory of the city. Lvov. It was established that the new moon, in order to cover up illegal activities, rented an apartment, which he used as a warehouse for packing prohibited substances. He sold them in wholesale batches in a non-contact way through large bookmarks — the so-called “masterclasses”.
Operatives together with investigators of Lviv District Police Department No. 1 conducted an authorized search at the place of temporary residence of the man. As a result of the investigative actions, more than three kilograms of drugs and psychotropics were seized, among which: amphetamine, cannabis, mephedrone, “alpha-PvP”, as well as 450 ecstasy pills and 68 brands of LSD.
In addition, electronic scales and packaging facilities, mobile phones SIM cards and bank cards have been removed. The cost of seized drugs and psychotropics at “black” market prices reaches almost two million hryvnias.
The defendant was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Investigators prepare a report for him on suspicion of committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 3 of Art. 307 (Illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
