Police officers of Dnipropetrovsk region sent to court three criminal proceedings for counterfeiting COVID certificates
Police officers reported suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 358 (falsification of documents) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to residents of Kamiansky district for the use of vaccination certificates against COVID- 19, with signs of forgery.
During the pre-trial investigation, information about the falsification of certificates was confirmed. In particular, it was established that a 26-year-old resident of the city. Kamianske, in order not to be suspended from work, used COVID - a certificate that was not entered into the “Electronic Health System”. Also, residents of the villages of Kamensky district 38- and 48-years old, used a photocopy of COVID certificates, which they bought in the markets.
Currently, the pre-trial investigation by investigators of Kamensky RUP is completed. Criminal proceedings with indictments are directed to the court.
