Police continue activities to identify the fact of production and use of fake vaccination documents and COVID tests. According to Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for forgery and sale of such documents, liability in the form of a fine, arrest, restriction or imprisonment is provided.

From December 27 to January 02, police investigators have opened 52 criminal proceedings. 17 people have already been reported on suspicion of committing an offense.

So far, the police have sent 27 indictments to the court on the facts of forgery and use of COVID documents.
