Operatives of the National Police stopped the activities of the drug laboratory and detained the members of the drug group
A group of drug dealers, consisting of four people, sold drugs and psychotropics through their own four virtual drug stores. In addition, they equipped a laboratory for the production of amphetamine in the Kiev region. Subsequently, prohibited substances were distributed throughout all regions of the state in wholesale and small batches through postal items. As a result of searches, law enforcement officers seized the largest single batch of LSD brands in the country, the value of which at “black” market prices is more than 18 million hryvnias.
The activities of the criminal group and the location of the drug laboratory were exposed by the operatives of the Drug Crime Control Department in the Odessa and Kiev regions.
The drug business was organized by a 27-year-old resident of Odessa. To do this, she created four drug stores through which drugs and psychotropics were sold. In addition, it administered three more online stores that were located on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
The woman attracted three more men from the Kiev, Zaporizhzhya and Kirovohrad regions to the accomplices.
Members of the drug group “specialized” on brands of LSD, cannabis, mephedrone, amphetamine, heroin, Alpha PVP, ecstasy pills and MDMA. They were sold both in small and wholesale batches with the help of postal operators throughout the state.
Amphetamine was manufactured by hand in a house in Kyiv, equipped as a laboratory, where one of the accomplices lived.
According to preliminary data, every month from criminal activities attackers received up to 1.5 million hryvnias of profit.
The police, with the strong support of the special officers of the KORD, detained the organizer, the members of the group and stopped the activities of the drug laboratory.
As a result of 5 simultaneous authorized searches in the territory of two regions, law enforcement officers seized the largest single batch of LSD stamps in the country - 53,265 units. Its value at the prices of the “black” market is more than 18 million hryvnias.
In addition, about 10 kg of cannabis, more than 100 ecstasy pills, mephedrone, amphetamine, heroin, MDMA, “Alpha PVP”, precursors, various laboratory equipment, packaging materials and electronic scales were seized.
The organizer and one of the men have already been detained under Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The issue of notifying them of suspicion under Part 2 of Art is resolved. 307 (Illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and selection of preventive measures.
After the completion of the investigative and operational measures, a legal assessment of the actions of other members of the group will be provided.
For their actions, they may face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Measures are underway to expose all the accomplices of the detainees, as well as the source and channel of supply of drugs are being established.
