Mobile hospital of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine will be deployed in Kherson region
Today, October 25, a convoy of rescue equipment went to Kherson region, which sends the Mobile Hospital of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to one of the hospitals in the city of Kakhovka.
From Monday morning, the property and equipment of the hospital are transported by five trucks to the specially prepared site of the Kakhov Central City Hospital named after Pankeyev family, where all measures will be provided for the sustainable functioning of this multi-purpose mobile hospital.
The hospital consists of 35 tents and modules, 24 of which are wards for patients and an intensive care unit. It is autonomous, equipped with power generators, heat guns and lighting towers.
In general, its deployment will increase the capacity of the hospital to 120 beds for Covid-19 patients.
Also, the work of the Headquarters was organized on site and cooperation with local authorities and the medical service of the region was established.
