In Volyn, the police sent 57 criminal proceedings for the falsification of COVID documentation to the court
During 2021, investigators and investigators investigated 80 criminal proceedings in 280 episodes related to the falsification of PCR test results, COVID-19 vaccination certificates, international vaccination certificates and COVID certificates.
57 criminal proceedings for 229 episodes were referred to the court. Of these, 42 persons were notified of suspicion of forgery of international vaccination certificates and Covid certificates and 15 persons of falsification of PCR test results under Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Three persons were suspected of committing 21 criminal offenses for falsifying international vaccination certificates and COVID certificates under Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
