In the Carpathian region, law enforcement officers exposed a medical worker who entered false data on COVID vaccination
Law enforcement officers exposed the deputy director of the communal hospital, who entered into the electronic system “eHealth” false information about the vaccination of citizens against the coronavirus disease COVID-19. According to this fact, the investigators have opened criminal proceedings and all the circumstances are being established.
The illegal activities of the defendant were documented by the investigators of the Investigative Department of the Regional Police together with the employees of the USBU in the Ivano-Frankivsk region under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor's office.
During the investigation, law enforcement officers found out that citizens who did not want to be vaccinated were contacted by citizens who did not want to be vaccinated, but wanted to receive a vaccination certificate in the application “Diia”. The health worker illegally entered the personal data of citizens into the electronic health system “eHealth” through the program “Medics” as allegedly vaccinated. The doctor found “clients” through acquaintances and cost such a “service” 2500 hryvnias.
During the authorized searches at the place of work of the defendant in criminal proceedings, law enforcement officers seized computer equipment, medical documents and other documents.
The police found that during October, a significant number of people from almost all regions of Ukraine were entered into the system in this hospital, in respect of which there are sufficient grounds to believe that their vaccination was not carried out.
Currently, the issue of notifying the offender about the suspicion of committing a criminal offense, provided for in Art. 362 (Unauthorized actions with information that is processed in electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or stored on media of such information, committed by a person who has the right to access it) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
