Compliance with quarantine restrictions: law enforcement officers drew up more than 1000 administrative protocols for violations during passenger transportation
Since October 21, the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine have conducted more than 129,000 inspections of regular and irregular passenger traffic. In particular, attention was paid to the availability of vaccination documents, relevant certificate or negative test for COVID-19 by PCR or express antigen test for COVID-19 by PCR or express test for antigen.
Checks were carried out on motor transport - 108 582; at railway stations - 20 124; on air transport - 929. According to the detected violations, 1010 administrative protocols were compiled.
In addition, during the inspections, the police discovered 1171 facts of illegal transportation. Therefore, a total of 1572 relevant protocols were drawn up — 771 protocols under Art. 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and 801 — under Art. 140 kUPap.
At the same time, over the past week, the police compiled 1,410 administrative protocols for Part 1 of Art. 44-3 (Violation of the rules on quarantine of people) KUPap. Since the beginning of quarantine, 119,768 administrative protocols have been compiled.
Decisions under Part 2 of Art. 44-3 - 9,815. Since the beginning of the quarantine there have been 481,719 decisions.
