Compliance with quarantine restrictions: law enforcement officers drew up 1225 administrative protocols for violations during passenger transportation
Since October 21, the National Police of Ukraine has inspected more than 160,000 regular and irregular passenger traffic. More than 8,000 of them last week. In particular, attention was paid to the availability of vaccination documents, relevant certificate or negative test for COVID-19 by PCR or express antigen test for COVID-19 by PCR or express test for antigen.
Checks were carried out on motor transport - 140 605; at railway stations - 25 063; on air transport - 1065.
According to the detected violations, 1225 administrative protocols were compiled.
In addition, during the inspections, the police found 1,415 illegal carriers. Therefore, a corresponding protocol was drawn up 1881 — 931 protocol under Art. 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and 950 — under Art. 140 kUPap.
At the same time, from 03 to 09 January, police compiled 567 administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 44-3 (Violation of the rules on quarantine of people) KUPap. In total, 123 223 administrative protocols have been compiled since the beginning of quarantine.
Decisions under Part 2 of Art. 44—3 — 5175. In total, 511 101 resolutions have been issued since the beginning of quarantine.
