Compliance with quarantine restrictions: Donetsk police compiled 335 administrative protocols for violations during passenger transportation

Since October 21, 2021, Donetsk police units have checked more than 8,600 regular and irregular passenger traffic. In particular, attention was paid to the availability of vaccination documents, a corresponding certificate or a negative result of testing for COVID-19 by PCR or express test for COVID-19.

In Donetsk region, measures to counteract the spread of coronavirus infection continue. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, police have compiled 4,589 administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 44-3 KUPap (violation of the rules of quarantine of people). 22 390 decrees were issued under Part 2 of Article 44-3 (stay without personal protective equipment in public buildings or public transport).

Law enforcement officers check compliance with quarantine restrictions during passenger transportation. In 2.5 months, 335 violations were documented in this area.

In addition, the police checked more than 13,000 Covid certificates. On the facts of falsification of documents on vaccination or PCR tests, 18 criminal proceedings were opened (Art. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Of these, seven were sent to court.
