Aeromedical evacuation: a police helicopter transported a seriously ill patient from Rivne region to Lviv

For urgent examination and surgical intervention, a six-year-old patient with a congenital heart defect was delivered to the neighboring Lviv region by Airbus Helicopters H-145 helicopter today, November 8.
The girl was in the Dubno City Hospital, from the territory of which she was transported to a medical institution accompanied by doctors.
It should be recalled that thanks to the implementation of the aeromedical evacuation project, patients with serious injuries or in critical condition have been sent to medical institutions by police helicopter for more than a month.
