Aeromedical evacuation of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs: assistance to three more patients
Today, October 11, two air evacuations were carried out. Patients were taken to the hospital for further examination and treatment.
In the morning, a team of aeromedical evacuation specialists of the Lviv Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine came to the rescue of a 39-year-old man from Turki, Lviv region. A citizen with acute pancreatic necrosis was urgently airlifted to Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital for further examination and treatment.
Sitting on the Mars Field in Lviv, the medical helicopter already had a planned flight to Busk. There, a 50-year-old patient needed help, who turned to doctors with angiotic pain. During the examination, he was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction. The man was taken to a specialized hospital in Lviv.
The landing of the helicopter in Lviv and on the highway in Busk was provided by patrolling policemen.
Also, around 13:00 hours, the officers of the Aviation Department and the water police arrived in Baryshevka, Kyiv region, to transport the 54-year-old patient to Kyiv. The woman was diagnosed with a stroke, so it was necessary to urgently take her to the capital's medical institution. Within half an hour, the woman was transferred to doctors for further treatment.
Recall that on October 7, thanks to the joint project of the Aeromedical Evacuation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health, a small patient was transported from Lviv to Kiev by police helicopter H145. The girl is only 9 months old. The baby has a congenital heart defect. For consultation and further treatment, the girl needed urgent consultation of the capital's doctors.
