On Amendments to the Typical Training and Thematic Plans and Programs of Special Training Courses for Drivers of Vehicles
Carrying Dangerous Goods and Commissioners for Safety of Dangerous Goods by Road

In accordance with paragraph 4 of the Procedure for conducting special training of employees of dangerous goods transportation entities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 31, 2007 No. 1285,

I ORDER:

1. Amend the Typical Training and Thematic Plan and Programs of Special Training Courses for Drivers of Vehicles Carrying Dangerous Goods, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 875 of November 26, 2021, setting it out in the new version attached.

2. Make amendments to the Typical Training and Thematic Plan and Programs of Special Training Courses for the Safety of Dangerous Goods by Road, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 875 of November 26, 2021, setting it out in the new version attached.

3. The Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall ensure the publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

4. This order comes into force from January 01, 2023.

5. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Deputy Minister in accordance with the distribution of functional duties.
