In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on September 25, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine affairs of Ukraine dated November 06, 2019 № 928” (hereinafter — draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/uk/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projektu-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennia-poriadku-videofiksaciyi-procesu-perevirki-konstrukciyi-ta-texnicnogo-stanu-kolisnogo-transportnogo-zasobu.
The draft order was developed in compliance with paragraph twenty-second paragraph 16 of the Procedure for conducting mandatory technical control and the scope of inspection of the technical condition of vehicles, the technical description and a sample of the protocol for checking the technical condition of the vehicle, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 30, 2012 No. 137.
The draft order defines the mechanism for conducting the mandatory technical control of vehicles by the subjects of the video recording of the process of checking the design and technical condition of the wheeled vehicle during the implementation of the mandatory technical control of vehicles, the requirements for video recordings, the method and duration of storage of the videos and the method of providing them to the subjects of the appeal.
