In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on February 01, 2022 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Standard Training Curriculum and retraining of drivers of vehicles” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution): here. The draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to optimize

the proper organization of the training and retraining of vehicle drivers by business entities in the field of training, retraining and further training of vehicle drivers in terms of developing and introducing their own training plans, typical thematic programs and determining the minimum number of training hours in accordance with the requirements of the Typical training program for training and retraining of transport drivers funds approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2010 No. 229 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers Ukraine dated October 06, 2021 No. 1045).
