The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to introduce automatic checks on registers and databases, which the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has access to, information about persons required to allow them to drive vehicles, registration, personalization, return, exchange, issuance of driver's licenses, state registration (re-registration), deregistration of a vehicle, registration and issuance of registration documents and license plates, as well as obtaining such documents and signs using means and objects of the national postal operator, including via courier.
