Draft Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated August 21, 1998 No. 622”

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on May 23, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of Ukraine dated August 21, 1998 No. 622” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order).

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to bring into line with the legislation of Ukraine and improve the procedure for accounting of weapons, ammunition for it, main parts of weapons, devices and ammunition for them, explosives.
