In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on October 26, 2023 on the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine “On the recognition as invalid of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated October 10 2013 No. 967/1218/869” (hereinafter - the draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-ministerstva-ekonomiki-ukrayini-ministerstva-finansiv-ukrayini-pro-viznannia-takim-shho-vtrativ-cinnist-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayin.
The draft order was developed in accordance with the Procedure for temporary detention by employees of authorized units of the National Police of vehicles and their storage, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1102 of December 17, 2008, in particular paragraph 13, which changed the subjects authorized to determine the amount of payments, therefore there was a need to introduce the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated October 10, 2013 No. 967/1218/869 “On approval the amount of fees for transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special sites (parking lots)”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2013 under No. 1887/24419.
