In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on June 09, 2022 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the revised draft order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Inspection of Tanks for the Transportation of Dangerous Cargoes” (hereinafter — the draft order): here. The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
in order to simplify the process of informing the business entities authorized to inspect tanks, the competent authority in the field of transportation of dangerous goods, as defined by Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Transportation of Dangerous Goods”, about the results of inspections of tanks installed on wheeled vehicles (tankers and tanks stern, which is part of mixing-charging machines).
