Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On Amendments to the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Economic Activities for the Production and Repair of Non-Military Firearms and Ammunition for It, Cold Weapons, Pneumatic Weapons... “

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on March 31, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the License Conditions of Proceedings economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense and their sale” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution): https://mvs.gov.ua/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/povidomlennia-pro-opriliudnennia-projektu-postanovi-kmu-pro-vnesennia-zmin-do-licenziinix-umov-provadzennia-gospodarskoyi-diialnosti-z-virobnictva-ta-remontu-vognepalnoyi-zbroyi-neviiskovogo-priznacennia-i.

The draft resolution was developed in order to ensure the maintenance of a unified register of weapons in the state.
