In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on October 23, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the revised draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to Certain Norms legal acts on the organization of special training of workers in the transport of dangerous goods” (hereinafter - the draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/doopracyovanii-projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennia-zmin-do-deiakix-normativno-pravovix-aktiv-z-pitan-organizaciyi-specialnogo-navcannia-pracivnikiv-doroznyogo-pereveze.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to improve the safety of transportation of dangerous goods by road.
