Modified Draft Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 06, 2019 № 928”

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on December 08, 2023 on the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the affairs of Ukraine dated November 06, 2019 No. 928 (hereinafter referred to as the draft order), amended taking into account the comments and proposals of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Community Development, territories and infrastructure of Ukraine and representatives of the public: https://mvs.gov.ua/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/doopracyovanii-projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-pro-vnesennia-zmin-do-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-vid-06-listopada-2019-roku-928.

The draft order was developed in order to optimize and improve the Procedure for monitoring information on the results of mandatory technical control transmitted by the subjects of mandatory technical control to the nationwide database approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 06, 2019 No. 928, and introducing the normative and legal Act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
