The work of a modern policeman is a lifestyle: how security officer Oleg Navratiuk calmed the child and saved a person from suicide
Security officers have a lot of trouble every day and there are unscheduled tasks. So, a woman who came to an educational institution on business left her son with a driver. But what was her surprise when she returned and saw that the baby was sleeping in the hands of a policeman.
Rivne patrolman Oleg Navratiuk quickly found an approach to the little mess and in a few minutes lulled the child.
“When my son grows up, I will definitely tell him how expensive his restful sleep was. How many people paid for it with their lives. How many hands closed him from the war. In the meantime, let him sleep and live his happy childhood, it is in safe hands”, - mother Natalia shared her thoughts.
Children are the most precious thing we have, they are our future. To save the life of every little Ukrainian is our common task.
A patrolman is not only a person who cares about the safety of children, but at the same time a psychologist, a social worker and just a person. Once Oleg Navratiuk conducted an informative conversation with children and their parents, answering dozens of questions of small “chumuchs”. Suddenly, the security officer received a message from colleagues that on the sports ground near the lyceum, an unknown man wants to shorten his age.
The inspector immediately rushed there. The man had already taken out the belt and set it to the horizontal bar in order to do the irreparable. The policeman realized that he had seconds to avert suicide.
Question by question and now the man goes into contact and joins the conversation. The inspector was able to pick up the right words of support and reassure him, and later persuaded the citizen to go to the ambulance.
Two radically different situations. Situations that demonstrate that the work of a modern police officer is a lifestyle, it is continuous self-development and self-improvement. Thank you Oleg for his professionalism and saved life.
