Anti-counterfeiting and use of COVID documentation: last week police opened 126 criminal proceedings

The National Police continues its activities to detect the manufacture and use of fake medical documents on vaccination and COVID tests and reminds that their use entails criminal liability.
So, from February 7 to 13, police investigators opened 126 criminal proceedings on the facts of forgery and use of COVID documents. 40 people were reported on suspicion of committing an offense. Forty-five indictments were submitted to the court.
