More than 800 thousand calls in 7 months: results of Service 112
A single emergency notification number is now available for residents of Kyiv and six other regions: Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Lviv, Cherkasy and Chernihiv.
Today we can say with confidence: line 112 is about comfort and accessibility for citizens.
One call makes it possible to get help from several services at once, which greatly speeds up the assistance process.
People with hearing or speech impairments can contact 112 via video link. Our specialists are fluent in sign language and during this time have processed about 9 thousand such calls.
By the end of this year, we plan to make the 112 line available throughout Ukraine.
We implement European standards and ensure that public services are as efficient and unhindered as possible.
